Common questions

How do I get access during beta?

Rheos is invite-only during beta. Submit a request on the Contact page and the Perseus Labs team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Will I be charged when beta ends?

No. You will always be notified before any pricing changes take effect. Beta users will receive advance notice and will have the option to opt in to a paid plan or stop using the platform.

Which brokers does Rheos support?

Rheos is built around broker API connections. Alpaca Markets is one supported integration target for equities and crypto, with additional broker APIs such as OANDA and Interactive Brokers planned for future releases.

Are my API keys safe?

All broker credentials are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption. They are never logged, never transmitted in plaintext, and never visible to anyone — including us.

Is paper trading safe to use?

Yes. Paper mode uses real live market data to simulate trades with zero financial risk. No broker account is required to use it.
