Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rheos ("the Platform"), provided by Perseus Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use the live-trading features of the Platform. Paper trading mode is available without these restrictions.

2. No Financial Advice

Rheos is a software tool, not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment manager. All signals, recommendations, and automated trades generated by the Platform are algorithmic outputs based on technical indicators. They do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy displayed in the Platform is not indicative of future results. We strongly recommend starting in paper mode and only trading with capital you can afford to lose.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@perseusja.com.
• You may not share your account or use the Platform to provide trading services to third parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Broker API Keys

By connecting a broker account you authorize Rheos to transmit orders to that broker on your behalf according to your configured strategy and risk settings. You remain solely responsible for all trades executed. We are not liable for broker outages, API failures, or incorrect trade execution by the broker.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform.
• Use automated scraping or API abuse to extract data beyond normal usage.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perseus Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruption.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
